JIELDE wall lamp - black color

After having been entirely dismounted, all the components mechanical and electric carefully were checked, cleaned, tested and replaced if necessary.

Electric parts
Casing B22 the porcelain (with bayonet) is of origin and in perfect condition of operation.
All the electrical contacts of the lamp were cleaned and deoxidized.
The connecting terminals were replaced by new terminals.
The ground driver was added for reasons of standardisation in order to ensure the safety of the people.
The control of insulation of the lamp was checked and validated thus ensuring a total safety.
 
Mechanical parts
The oxidized parts were treated.
All the mobile mechanical parts were lubricated.
Screws and bolts is of origin.
After the phase of preparation, 3 layers of graphited varnish were applied to the external part sphere and its components.
The reflectors was repaints with the aerosol. (white painting resistant to heat)
The support and the square were pickled and prepared for a completion varnished graphite prepared by our care.

Tips
During connection not under voltage, it is imperative to respect the code color (the blue wire with the wire blue, the red wire with the red wire and the green/yellow with the green/yellow).

It can happen that our lamps have two active drivers of the same color, in this case we identified the drivers and located the sons with ribbon or sheath of red and blue. In all the cases, the ground driver will be always of colors yellow green/and must imperatively be connected to a ground driver of your electrical installation.

In our note of assembly and connection, we will indicate the procedure to follow to you to connect your lighting in full safety. In old electrical installations, the color of the active drivers (Phase and Neutral) can be different. One can find black, chestnut, gray, even of the purple one. The objective being to identify the Phase. In this case, typical case the procedure is explained in the united note of connection.

A little history…
Jieldé is a French brand of industrial lamps created in 1950 by Jean-Louis Domecq (1920-1983). The name “Jieldé” finds its explanation in the initial ones of this last: “J”, “L”, “D”. The Jieldé lamps, dedicated at the origin with a professional use in industrial environments, became today of the very required decorative pieces.

Note of assembly and warranty of 6 months parts and labour.
The bracket is delivered with screw, ankles and bulb 45 W halogenous.
